Asparagus Hummus

Amp up your Hummus!


  • Boil ½ lb (1/2 of one bunch) asparagus until tender (2-3 minutes).
  • Remove and puree, stir into 500 mL of your favourite hummus. Serve with crudites and crackers or spread on sandwiches, enjoy with roasted veggies or with a salad. The only limit is your imagination!
